Welcome to outbidgrow.lol (“OutbidGrow”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, submitting a product, creating an account, or purchasing a bid on outbidgrow.lol, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. The OutbidGrow Discovery Platform

OutbidGrow is a transparent software and startup discovery directory across 28 specialized tech categories. Listings are ranked clearly by cumulative bid placement, with verified visitor attention acting as an impartial tie-breaker. Unlike traditional platforms with opaque curation algorithms or secret editorial approvals, OutbidGrow gives founders clear, predictable visibility.

3. Free Listing Quota & Ownership

• Promotional $0 Quota: To support bootstrapped founders, the first 100 approved websites receive a 100% free ($0) permanent listing with canonical search engine indexation. No credit card is required.
• Verified Ownership: Anyone may submit a public website, but claiming, editing, or managing that listing requires verifying domain ownership through a simple DNS record or website meta tag.
• Unique Listing Identity: Each website domain is unique across OutbidGrow and is listed in one primary category to preserve clean discovery taxonomy for users.

4. Transparent Bidding & Ranking Rules

• Universal Currency: All placement bids are canonically calculated in United States Dollars (USD $), with bids starting at $5 USD. Payments can be completed using standard payment methods at live currency rates.
• Cumulative Bids: Bids accumulate over time. If you have already contributed $10 and wish to reach a $15 spot, you only pay the $5 difference.
• The Graceful Sliding Rank: If another startup bids higher, your listing is never removed. It moves gracefully down to rank #2 or the appropriate position matching your total bid, preserving all your accumulated traffic, likes, and backlink authority.
• Durable Metrics: Your bids, verified visitor counts, community likes, and Attention Scores never decay or reset to zero.

5. Digital Service Delivery & Refund Policy

Placing a bid on OutbidGrow provides immediate digital services and real-time leaderboard positioning:

• Because placement, ranking updates, and directory visibility take effect immediately upon transaction confirmation, confirmed bid payments are final and non-refundable.
• Payment guarantees visible placement on your chosen leaderboard based on your bid amount; it does not guarantee a specific number of sales, signups, or external search engine rankings, which depend on your product and market appeal.
• In the event of a verified technical payment issue where funds were charged but placement was not applied, our team will promptly reconcile your bid or issue a gateway refund.

6. Account Security & Master Recovery Key

When creating an account, you receive a private, downloadable Master Recovery Key. This key provides self-custody account recovery so you can always regain access to your listings. Please store this key securely, as OutbidGrow cannot reset accounts if both your login credentials and Master Recovery Key are lost.

7. Acceptable Content & Community Standards

To ensure high quality and trust for all visitors, we strictly prohibit products that involve:

• Malware, viruses, phishing, or deceptive deceptive practices.
• Illegal goods, unregulated financial scams, or hate speech.
• Deceptive URL redirects pointing visitors to domains different from the approved listing.
• Artificial bot traffic, click networks, or automated manipulation of leaderboard votes.

Listings found in violation of these standards will be removed without refund to protect directory integrity.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OutbidGrow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and fair directory operation, we make no express warranties regarding third-party services or uninterrupted access. Under no circumstances will OutbidGrow or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

9. Modifications, Governing Law & Contact

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements or legal requirements. Continued use of OutbidGrow after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
